The Impossible Group

The Impossible Group is an exploration of the bleeding edge of photography, image making and camera technology.

The group meet to discuss drones, VFX, Lidar, 3D scanning, the latest ML image assistants and AI content generators, computational photography, advanced techniques in image manipulation and the impact all of it is having on traditional photography. We'll also cross in to automation and templates driven design which is used on the clubs socials and in our marketing material.

This group is very much in its infancy, but not for the faint-hearted and will explore subjects often deeply seated in technology and explores ideas many traditional photographers aren't comfortable with. It's also open to non-members for the next 3 months.

Members of this group are versed in many aspects of image making, media creation and technology. We'll be discussing everything from the technology giants of Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Nvidia, Playstaion and Apple. We'll have demonstrations of technologies that expolre the realms of human computer interaction, user experience and human-in-the-loop platforms along with modern technolgy driven photography giants such Andreas Gursky, Edward Burtynsky and digital visual artists like Maxim Zhestkov and Ab Rogers Design.

The group is open to everyone at the moment, but if things get crowded, priority will be given to Camera Club members first.

If you're interested in joining the group email cameraclub@powdigital.co.uk - a Whats App group will kick in at 10 members.
