Image Art
Next meeting: Wednesday 27th August 2025 at 7pm
(Yes, we've moved back to the "last Wednesday of the month")
The theme for August is "Life's A Beach" - Any interpretation from any time is welcome!
Or feel free to bring any other pictures from recent shoots or your archive that you'd like to chat about with the group... The main thing is to have a 'social'!
Plus! - The "Pass the Parcel" photo challenge... Take a look at the Phoneboxes picture below which was a reaction to the Puffins picture above that, and react to that with an image (or 2) of your own - it could be pairs of other things, similar colours... Anything! Bring/send your photographic creations!
And feel free to bring drinks/snacks to indulge/share! See you on Wednesday 27th August at 7pm or even a bit earlier!

Image Art is our most popular monthly social event where members get together to share work and discuss all things photography.
Each month a theme will be picked and images are displayed and discussed at the club. Some join online and others post on our socials.
Image Art happens on the last Wednesday evening of every month from 7:00 pm to 8:45pm. All are welcome!
To follow this challenge as a non-member please follow us on social media and hashtag your entries.
The main thing is to turn up and have a social interaction about photography with like-minded members and guests.
To help things run smoothly, please send your pictures in advance to amckelvie88@gmail.com
If possible or bring them on a USB drive (a link to upload in advance is coming soon...!) See you there!

Previous Themes
Each month we bring in images based on that months theme. Sometimes they are shot created specifically for the that months theme, others are from our own archives or from well known greats throughout history.
